目的:对桂北地区汉族体检人群肥胖及超重进行流行病学调查,并探讨脂联素( APN)基因-11377位点单核苷酸多态性( SNPs)与肥胖及超重的相关性。方法抽取参加健康体检的汉族成人5318例进行体格检查、生化指标检测和肝脏B超检查。同时选择肥胖及超重患者(肥胖及超重组)和健康者(对照组)各80例,检测两组人群SNP-11377C/G,并进行分析。结果①肥胖及超重患病率为36.9%,男性肥胖及超重患病率明显高于女性(男46.4% vs 女26.0%,P<0.01)。②性别(男)、年龄、高血糖、高血压、血脂紊乱、尿酸和脂肪肝均为肥胖及超重的危险因素。③肥胖及超重组与对照组 APN 基因-11377C/G 基因型及等位基因分布比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组APN基因-11377C/G不同基因型与临床变量比较,差异均无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论①桂北地区汉族体检人群中存在较高的肥胖及超重患病率。② APN基因SNP-11377C/G与桂北地区汉族体检人群肥胖及超重发病可能无明显相关性。

목적:대계북지구한족체검인군비반급초중진행류행병학조사,병탐토지련소( APN)기인-11377위점단핵감산다태성( SNPs)여비반급초중적상관성。방법추취삼가건강체검적한족성인5318례진행체격검사、생화지표검측화간장B초검사。동시선택비반급초중환자(비반급초중조)화건강자(대조조)각80례,검측량조인군SNP-11377C/G,병진행분석。결과①비반급초중환병솔위36.9%,남성비반급초중환병솔명현고우녀성(남46.4% vs 녀26.0%,P<0.01)。②성별(남)、년령、고혈당、고혈압、혈지문란、뇨산화지방간균위비반급초중적위험인소。③비반급초중조여대조조 APN 기인-11377C/G 기인형급등위기인분포비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),량조APN기인-11377C/G불동기인형여림상변량비교,차이균무통계학의의(P >0.05)。결론①계북지구한족체검인군중존재교고적비반급초중환병솔。② APN기인SNP-11377C/G여계북지구한족체검인군비반급초중발병가능무명현상관성。
Objective To research the prevalence and epidemiological characteristics of overweight and obesity in Han population receiving physical examination in northern Guangxi,and investigate the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphisms( SNPs) of the adiponectin gene-11377 and MS. Methods 5 318 adults in Han popula-tion were selected from June 2012 to December 2012 with physical examination,biochemical inspection and ultra-sonic examination. A total of 80 overweight and obesity subjects were selected as study group. And 80 normal adults were selected as control group. Detection of two groups of adiponectin gene-11377C/G single nucleotide polymor-phisms,and carries on the analysis. Results ① The prevalence of overweight and obesity in this sample was 36. 9%. Compared to female population,male participants showed a much higher prevalence(46. 4% vs 26. 0%,P<0. 01).② The multivariable stepwise analysis extracted sex(male),age,hyperglycemia,hypertension,dyslipi-demia,UA and fatty liver as major risk factors for overweight and obesity. ③There was no significant difference of the distribution of the genotype and allele frequencies between overweight and obesity and control groups ( P >0. 05 ) . Clinical variables were no significant difference among different genotypes in overweight and obesity and control groups ( P >0 . 0 5 ) . Conclusion ① It has higher prevalence of obesity and overweight in Han population receiving physical examination in northern Guangxi. ②The adiponectin gene SNP-11377C/G may be not associat-ed with overweight and obesity in Han population receiving physical examination in northern Guangxi.
