通过对山西省40所高等院校仪器设备资源的调研，发现存在仪器设备重复购置、使用效率低、服务水平差等与学校发展不协调的现象，提出加强管理、加大开放力度、实现资源共享等提高高校大型科学仪器设备利用率的若干措施。
통과대산서성40소고등원교의기설비자원적조연，발현존재의기설비중복구치、사용효솔저、복무수평차등여학교발전불협조적현상，제출가강관리、가대개방력도、실현자원공향등제고고교대형과학의기설비이용솔적약간조시。
Through the research of equipment resources of 40 universities and colleges in the Shanxi province of the instrument, the existing of uncoordinated phenomenon between equipment repeat purchase, low efifciency, poor service level and school development not harmonious was found. So some measures of strengthen management, further open to the outside world, realize the sharing of resources was proposed, to improve the utilization rate of large scientific instruments and equipment in colleges and universities.
