目的：探讨颅底CT三维重建在复杂性颅底骨折外科治疗中的应用价值。方法应用东芝 Aquilion ONE320排螺旋CT机对15例复杂性颅底骨折患者行CT三维重建，根据影像结果指导外科治疗。结果颅底三维重建CT可直观显示颅底骨折在三维立体空间的实际大小、形态、位置及周围结构的解剖关系，利于手术方案的制定及术中风险的预防，提高抢救成功率，减少后遗症。结论颅底CT三维重建对复杂性颅底骨折的手术治疗有重要的指导意义。
목적：탐토로저CT삼유중건재복잡성로저골절외과치료중적응용개치。방법응용동지 Aquilion ONE320배라선CT궤대15례복잡성로저골절환자행CT삼유중건，근거영상결과지도외과치료。결과로저삼유중건CT가직관현시로저골절재삼유입체공간적실제대소、형태、위치급주위결구적해부관계，리우수술방안적제정급술중풍험적예방，제고창구성공솔，감소후유증。결론로저CT삼유중건대복잡성로저골절적수술치료유중요적지도의의。
Objective To explore the value of 3D-CT reconstruction to surgical treatment of sophisticated cranial fossa fracture .Methods The data of 15 patients with sophisticated cranial fossa fracture was collected .We used the 3D-CT recon-struction image(Toshiba AquilionONE320 row CT ) in order to guide the surgery .Results 3D-CT reconstruction on the skull base can intuitively display the anatomic relationship in the actual three-dimensional space size ,shape ,position and adjacent structures of the skull base fracture ,which is good for making surgery strategy and preventing operation risk ,it is also benefi-cial to improving the success rate of rescuing patients and reducing sequel .Conclusion 3D-CT reconstruction has important guiding significance for the operation of sophisticated cranial fossa fracture .
