目的：探讨糖化血红蛋白与糖尿病患者缺血性脑卒中复发的关系，证实糖化血红蛋白是糖尿病患者缺血性脑卒中复发的重要预测因子。方法对2010-03-2011-03在我院住院的154例糖尿病首发缺血性脑卒中患者进行糖化血红蛋白检查，根据其水平分为达标组（80例）与不达标组（74例），比较2组间6个月、1 a及2 a的缺血性脑卒中复发率。结果达标组6个月、1 a及2 a的脑卒中复发率分别是5.1％（4例）、20.0％（16例）及27.5％（22例）；不达标组复发率分别是13.5％（10例）、37.8％（28例）及51.4％（38例）；不达标组的3个时点脑卒中复发率均高于达标组（ P均＜0.05）。结论糖尿病患者脑卒中复发与糖化血红蛋白是否达标有关，糖化血红蛋白控制达标的患者脑卒中复发率低；从而提示糖化血红蛋白是糖尿病患者脑卒中复发的重要预测因子，控制其水平有助于降低脑卒中复发率。
목적：탐토당화혈홍단백여당뇨병환자결혈성뇌졸중복발적관계，증실당화혈홍단백시당뇨병환자결혈성뇌졸중복발적중요예측인자。방법대2010-03-2011-03재아원주원적154례당뇨병수발결혈성뇌졸중환자진행당화혈홍단백검사，근거기수평분위체표조（80례）여불체표조（74례），비교2조간6개월、1 a급2 a적결혈성뇌졸중복발솔。결과체표조6개월、1 a급2 a적뇌졸중복발솔분별시5.1％（4례）、20.0％（16례）급27.5％（22례）；불체표조복발솔분별시13.5％（10례）、37.8％（28례）급51.4％（38례）；불체표조적3개시점뇌졸중복발솔균고우체표조（ P균＜0.05）。결론당뇨병환자뇌졸중복발여당화혈홍단백시부체표유관，당화혈홍단백공제체표적환자뇌졸중복발솔저；종이제시당화혈홍단백시당뇨병환자뇌졸중복발적중요예측인자，공제기수평유조우강저뇌졸중복발솔。
Objective To investigate the relationship between glycosylated hemoglobin and recurrence of stroke in diabetics and verify that glycosylated hemoglobin is an important predictive factor for the recurrence of stroke in diabetics.Methods The data of glycosylated hemoglobin in 154 diabetics with initial stroke in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2011 were ana-lyzed.And then all patients were assigned to good control group (GCG)and bad control group (BCG) according to the level of their glycosylated hemoglobin.Finally ,the recurrence rates of stroke in 3 months ,6 months and 1 year between GCG and BCG were compared.Results The recurrence rates of stroke of in 3 months ,6 months and 1 year in GCG(80 patients) were 5.1% (4 patients) ,20.0% (16 patients) and 27.5% (22 patients) respectively.The recurrence rates of stroke in 3 months ,6 months and 1 year in BCG(74 patients) were 13.5% (10 patients) ,37.8% (28 patients) and 51.4% (38 patients) respectively.The recur-rence rates in BCG were higher than that in GCG obviously at all 3 time-points(P<0.05).Conclusion The recurrence of stroke in diabetics is related to whether glycosylated hemoglobin is in good control.The better glycosylated hemoglobin is controlled , the lower the recurrence rate is.Further more ,glycosylated hemoglobin is an important predictive factor for the recurrence of stroke in diabetics ,which in good control is beneficial to lower the recurrence rate.
