目的:分析韶关地区重金属暴露情况与帕金森病的相关性。方法选择2011-01-2013-06韶关医学院附属医院及粤北人民医院收治的本地帕金森病患者100例为观察组,并选择本地健康志愿者100例为对照组。分别测定2组全血锰、铁、铅、铜的含量。结果单因素分析显示吸烟、一级亲属帕金森病史、接触有色金属与帕金森病发生密切相关( P<0.05)。性别、文化程度与与帕金森发病无相关性(P>0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,吸烟、一级亲属帕金森病史、接触有色金属是帕金森病发病的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。观察组全血锰、铁、铅、铜的含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。消除混杂因素后显示全血锰、铁、铅、铜的含量与帕金森病发生相关( P<0.05)。结论锰、铁、铅、铜等重金属高暴露可能增加帕金森病的发病风险。

Objective To analyze the correlation between heavy metal exposure with Parkinson disease in Shaoguan area . Methods 100 cases of local patients with Parkinson's disease from January 2011 ~ June 2013 in Shaoguan Medical College Af-filiated Hospital and Yuebei people's hospital were selected as the observation group ,and 100 cases of local healthy volunteers without Parkinson's disease as control group .Contents of blood Mn ,iron ,lead ,copper were measured .Results univariate a-nalysis showed that smoking ,the history of first -degree relatives with Parkinson's disease ,contact of nonferrous metal were closely related to Parkinson's disease (P<0 .05) .Sex and culture degree were not associated with Parkinson's disease (P>0 . 05) .Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that smoking ,history of first -degree relatives with Parkinson's disease , the contact of non -ferrous metals ,pesticides were independent risk factors of Parkinson's disease(P<0 .05) .In Observation group ,blood manganese and iron ,lead ,copper of patients were higher than those of control group (P<0 .01) .After the con-founding factors were eliminated ,Multivariate Logistic regression analysis displayed the contents of blood manganese ,iron , lead ,copper were associated with Parkinson's disease(P<0 .05) .Conclusion high exposure to manganese ,iron ,lead ,copper and other heavy metals may increase the risk of Parkinson's disease .
