目的：探讨Wingspan颅内动脉支架系统治疗症状性颅内动脉狭窄的有效性、安全性及手术并发症的防治。方法应用Wingspan颅内动脉支架系统治疗符合介入治疗标准的11例颅内动脉狭窄的患者，于颈内动脉颅内段、大脑中动脉M1段、椎动脉颅内段及基底动脉狭窄处共置入12枚Wingspan支架，观察手术前后患者临床症状、狭窄率及并发症发生情况，评估手术安全性，术后平均随访12个月。结果10例患者支架置入顺利，一次性成功，支架定位准确；1例术中出现支架前移，未覆盖斑块，再置入Wingspan支架1枚。术后1例出现TIA发作，其余病例未出现相应供血区域新发缺血事件，无颅内出血并发症。随访12个月，发现2例出现再狭窄，狭窄率＞50％。结论 Wingspan颅内动脉支架系统治疗颅内动脉狭窄安全、有效，中短期并发症低。
目的：探討Wingspan顱內動脈支架繫統治療癥狀性顱內動脈狹窄的有效性、安全性及手術併髮癥的防治。方法應用Wingspan顱內動脈支架繫統治療符閤介入治療標準的11例顱內動脈狹窄的患者，于頸內動脈顱內段、大腦中動脈M1段、椎動脈顱內段及基底動脈狹窄處共置入12枚Wingspan支架，觀察手術前後患者臨床癥狀、狹窄率及併髮癥髮生情況，評估手術安全性，術後平均隨訪12箇月。結果10例患者支架置入順利，一次性成功，支架定位準確；1例術中齣現支架前移，未覆蓋斑塊，再置入Wingspan支架1枚。術後1例齣現TIA髮作，其餘病例未齣現相應供血區域新髮缺血事件，無顱內齣血併髮癥。隨訪12箇月，髮現2例齣現再狹窄，狹窄率＞50％。結論 Wingspan顱內動脈支架繫統治療顱內動脈狹窄安全、有效，中短期併髮癥低。
목적：탐토Wingspan로내동맥지가계통치료증상성로내동맥협착적유효성、안전성급수술병발증적방치。방법응용Wingspan로내동맥지가계통치료부합개입치료표준적11례로내동맥협착적환자，우경내동맥로내단、대뇌중동맥M1단、추동맥로내단급기저동맥협착처공치입12매Wingspan지가，관찰수술전후환자림상증상、협착솔급병발증발생정황，평고수술안전성，술후평균수방12개월。결과10례환자지가치입순리，일차성성공，지가정위준학；1례술중출현지가전이，미복개반괴，재치입Wingspan지가1매。술후1례출현TIA발작，기여병례미출현상응공혈구역신발결혈사건，무로내출혈병발증。수방12개월，발현2례출현재협착，협착솔＞50％。결론 Wingspan로내동맥지가계통치료로내동맥협착안전、유효，중단기병발증저。
Objective To explore the efficacy ,safety and the prevention of perioperative complication of the Wingspan stent system in the treatment of Chinese patients with symptomatic intracranial arterial stenosis.Methods Eleven patients with symptomatic intracranial arterial stenosis were treated with the Wingspan stent system.Twelve Wingspan stents were put in the internal carotid artery ,middle cerebral arteries ,intracranial segmental vertebral artery and basilar artery of patients.The clini-calsymptoms , stenosis rate , intracranial hemodynamics , and complication were observed before and after the operation.Moreover , operation safety was assessed.Physician-reported follow-up in all 11 patients lasted about 12 months.Results Ten stents were successfully placed in the 10 patients and were accurately positioned at first time.In one case , the stent did not cover the plaque due to moving forward ,so a Wingspan stent was placed again.In follow-up ,one patient had an episode of transient ischemic attack (TIA) ,but no other patients who had new ischemic attack and intracranial hemorrhage were found.After follow-up of 12 months ,two patients had intracranial arterial stenosis again ,and stenosis degree was above 50%.Conclusion It is safe and efficient to treat intracranial artery stenosis by placing Wingspan stent system ;moreover ,little perioperative complication was observed in short and middle term .
