在不更换原来点焊控制器的基础上,增加价格不高的实时监测系统,实时监测焊接电流、电极电压以及电极压力等焊接规范参数。下位机以单片机为核心,通过单片机内部AD转换和逐点积分法实现对焊接电流、焊接电缆两端电压、电极压力的监测和有效值的计算。同时采用网络控制器ENC28J60,移植uIP协议栈,将整个系统建成一个基于以太网的局域网系统。结果表明,以ATMEGA128和网络控制器ENC28J60为核心的电阻点焊规范参数实时监测系统能够对工频交流点焊机的焊接参数作出有效的监测,并且可以把相关数据发送到采用MFC编写的上位机软件,实现焊装车间的网络化管理。

A network controller of low cost was added without replacement of existing spot welding controller to realize the real-time monitoring of welding parameters including electrode pressure, welding current, and welding electrode pressure of all spot welding machines by one computer. Welding current, welding voltage of cable, and electrode pressure were monitored by the lower computer with single chip processor as the core, and their effective values were calculated by the MCU internal AD conversion and point-by-point integration method. Using network controller ENC28J60 at the same time, uIP protocol stack was transplanted, the whole system was completed to a local area network ( LAN) system based on Ethernet. The results show that the real-time monitoring system based on ATMEGA128 and network controller ENC28J60 can effective monitor AC spot welding parameters of suspension spot welding machine, the system can send data to the PC software written using MFC to realize the network management of welding workshop.
