介绍了冷链物流的原理,综合分析了地理信息系统/全球定位系统( GIS/GPS)冷链物流监控与调度系统的研究背景及国内外研究现状。在此基础上,提出了一种集成GIS/GPS技术的肉品冷链物流过程远程实时监控及质量安全信息追溯方案。移动车载单元的GPS坐标和温度信息通过GPRS作为数据链路实现无线传输;监控中心接受数据至数据库,利用GIS监控车辆行进状态并调度;溯源查询系统提供基于Web方式对肉品物流过程的运输路径、在途时间、冷藏温度、货架周期等信息进行溯源查询。

The principle of cold chain logistics was introduced. The GIS/GPS ( Geographic Information System/Global Positioning System) cold chain logistics monitoring and research background and research status of scheduling system were comprehensively analyzed. After that, a real-time monitoring and quality safety information traceability scheme for meat cold chain logistics process, which integrated GPS and GIS technology, was presented. GPS coordinate of mobile vehicle unit and temperature information were transported via GPRS ( General Packet Radio Service) as a data link for wireless transmission. Monitoring center received data to the database, monitored vehicle's traveling state and dispatched it by the use of GIS systems. Traceability query system provided Web-based query for transport path, in-transit time, refrigeration temperature, shelf cycle and other information.
