针对地震应急信息获取系统的应用需求，提出了Android移动终端地震应急信息获取设计方案，并结合云计算技术的特点，探讨Android在地震应急信息获取系统中的开发方法。首先介绍系统的整体框架以及Android的架构，然后详细分析了百度云推送、百度 LBS (定位服务)云和百度地图 API (应用程序编程接口)等开源服务在Android系统上的开发方法，及其在地震应急信息数据获取中的应用。实现了Android终端获取云推送消息、云检索应急避难场所位置和查询地震应急防护知识等功能。结果表明该系统能及时有效获取地震应急信息。

To meet the requirements of earthquake emergency information acquisition system application, a proposal about how to design and develop Android applications in the system combined with the characteristics of cloud computing technology was proposed. Firstly, the framework of the system and the architecture of Android Operating System ( OS) were introduced, and then the development method of Baidu cloud push, Baidu LBS ( Location Based Service) cloud, Baidu map API ( Application Programming Interface) and other open service and their technologies in earthquake emergency information acquisition were analyzed. Finally, cloud push information acquisition application, emergency shelter location information query application and earthquake emergency protection knowledge query application were carried out. The results show that the system can be used in earthquake emergency information acquisition.
