由于油田所处的自然条件和油田生产的需要，生产车辆在油田生产中起着十分重要的作用。根据车辆管理信息化的现实需求，提出了建立基于B/S结构的车辆管理信息系统体系结构。在调查了目前的车辆管理的相关规范流程和车辆管理人员需求后，对系统功能、关键技术进行了分析，建立实体联系( ER)关系数据模型。成功开发了基于B/S体系结构的油田车辆管理信息系统，实现了包括车辆及驾驶员档案管理、道路档案、结算公式档案、车辆调派及费用结算等功能完备的油田车辆安全生产管理功能。

Because of in which the natural conditions and the need for oil production in the oil field, oil production vehicle production plays a very important role. According to the reality of the vehicle management information needs, the establishment based on B/S structure of the vehicle management information system architecture was proposed. In the survey of the current management of the relevant norms of vehicles and vehicle management process requirements, the system functionality and key technology analysis were made, and the Entity Relaionship ( ER) relational data model was constructed. Based on B/S architecture, oilfield vehicle management information system was successfully developed, The realization of vehicle and driver file management, path file, settlement formula file, vehicle deployment and expenses settlement featured oilfield vehicle safety production management capabilities.
