声带息肉是导致嗓音障碍的常见疾病,对该类疾病进行空气动力学检测分析有助于疾病的诊断、治疗及疗效评估。采用自制的一个振动声带树脂玻璃模型实验平台来分析研究不同尺寸声带息肉以及相同尺寸声带息肉在不同声门振动周期的条件下空气动力学指标的变化,探讨声带息肉对言语发声的影响。通过分析得出结论:声带息肉尺寸越大,对声带作用影响因子越强;声带息肉的大小对声带振动的规律性影响有直接联系,息肉越大,息肉受气流冲击而产生的摆动幅度越大,对正常的声带波动干扰也越大。

Vocal cord polyp is a common disease, which can cause voice disorder. The aerodynamic testing of diseases can contribute to disease diagnosis, treatment and efficacy assessments. This study used a vocal cords experimental platform made by plexiglas to analyze vocal cord polyps of different sizes, and vocal cord polyps of the same size with different glottal vibration cycles. The impact of vocal cord polyp on speech sound was investigated. Through analysis, the paper draw conclusion that the greater vocal cord polyp size is, the stronger the impact factor on the vocal cords is. The size of the vocal cord polyp is directly linked with the effect on the regularity of vocal fold vibration. The larger vocal cord polyp is, the greater swing amplitude by the impact of air is, and the heavier the interference on the normal vocal cord is.
