基于电刺激,利用盲人对电脉冲刺激的敏感性,提出了一种盲文点字显示器电路设计方案,并进行了电路实现。经计算机串口输出的盲文信号通过解码电路解码为多路I/O信号,I/O信号控制脉冲发生器产生脉冲触发针灸电极,盲人通过触摸电极有无刺激感觉来识别盲文。

By the aid of the blindman's sensitivity to the electric pulse stimulation, this paper put forward a design scheme of braille display circuit and implemented it. Through the decoding circuit, the braille, which output from computer' host serial port, were decoded to multi-channel I/O signals. Then, these I/O signals controlled the pulse generator to drive acupuncture electrode. The blind man can touch them to identify the braille.
