以阿克苏骏枣(干枣)为试验材料,经0.08 mm PE袋密封包装后,贮藏于常温和低温(5℃)条件下,研究分析干制骏枣呼吸强度、乙烯释放量、总酸含量、总糖含量、维生素C含量、水分含量及可溶性固形物含量的变化情况。结果表明,与常温处理相比,低温(5℃)贮藏能抑制干制骏枣的乙烯释放,影响枣果的呼吸强度;减缓维生素 C含量的下降;较好的保留了枣果中的水分含量;延缓了干制骏枣的生理代谢活动,延长了贮藏期限,保证了干制骏枣的品质。
以阿剋囌駿棘(榦棘)為試驗材料,經0.08 mm PE袋密封包裝後,貯藏于常溫和低溫(5℃)條件下,研究分析榦製駿棘呼吸彊度、乙烯釋放量、總痠含量、總糖含量、維生素C含量、水分含量及可溶性固形物含量的變化情況。結果錶明,與常溫處理相比,低溫(5℃)貯藏能抑製榦製駿棘的乙烯釋放,影響棘果的呼吸彊度;減緩維生素 C含量的下降;較好的保留瞭棘果中的水分含量;延緩瞭榦製駿棘的生理代謝活動,延長瞭貯藏期限,保證瞭榦製駿棘的品質。
이아극소준조(간조)위시험재료,경0.08 mm PE대밀봉포장후,저장우상온화저온(5℃)조건하,연구분석간제준조호흡강도、을희석방량、총산함량、총당함량、유생소C함량、수분함량급가용성고형물함량적변화정황。결과표명,여상온처리상비,저온(5℃)저장능억제간제준조적을희석방,영향조과적호흡강도;감완유생소 C함량적하강;교호적보류료조과중적수분함량;연완료간제준조적생리대사활동,연장료저장기한,보증료간제준조적품질。
The objective of this experiment was to investigate changes of respiratory intensity,ethylene production,total acid content,total sugar content,Vitamin C content,moisture content and soluble solid content of Junzao dried dates by using Aksu Junzao dried dates as experimental material,putting it in the 0.08 mm PE bage sealed and storing it under the room temperature and low temperature (5℃)respective-ly.The result indicated that in the comparison with the room temperature treatment,under the low temper-ature (5 ℃),Junzao dried dates ethylene production were controlled effectively,Vitamin C content were decreased and the moisture content in Junzao fruit were wel maintained,the activity of phisiological metab-olism of Junzao dried dates were inhibited,the storage period were prolonged,thereby the quality of Junrao dried dates were maintained.
