以新疆伊犁霍城大西沟野果林的天山樱桃为研究对象,通过对其花粉量、花粉形态和花粉生活力等方面的研究,发现天山樱桃每花药平均为407.5粒花粉,花粉量明显低于栽培樱桃早大果和布鲁克斯;天山樱桃花粉形态为长球形或超长球形,个体花粉极面观为三裂圆形,极面平滑,辐射对称,萌发沟明显细长,长至两端,均属三沟型;花粉离体萌发试验发现,在所设梯度中最适宜的培养基为:1%琼脂+20%蔗糖+0.01%硼酸,萌发率高达51.07%。
以新疆伊犛霍城大西溝野果林的天山櫻桃為研究對象,通過對其花粉量、花粉形態和花粉生活力等方麵的研究,髮現天山櫻桃每花藥平均為407.5粒花粉,花粉量明顯低于栽培櫻桃早大果和佈魯剋斯;天山櫻桃花粉形態為長毬形或超長毬形,箇體花粉極麵觀為三裂圓形,極麵平滑,輻射對稱,萌髮溝明顯細長,長至兩耑,均屬三溝型;花粉離體萌髮試驗髮現,在所設梯度中最適宜的培養基為:1%瓊脂+20%蔗糖+0.01%硼痠,萌髮率高達51.07%。
이신강이리곽성대서구야과림적천산앵도위연구대상,통과대기화분량、화분형태화화분생활력등방면적연구,발현천산앵도매화약평균위407.5립화분,화분량명현저우재배앵도조대과화포로극사;천산앵도화분형태위장구형혹초장구형,개체화분겁면관위삼렬원형,겁면평활,복사대칭,맹발구명현세장,장지량단,균속삼구형;화분리체맹발시험발현,재소설제도중최괄의적배양기위:1%경지+20%자당+0.01%붕산,맹발솔고체51.07%。
In this paper,the Cerasus tianschanica Pojark in wild-fruit forests were used as test materials which came from the Daxigou valleys,Huocheng County,Xinjiang,China.The following aspects such as the pollen amount,the pollen morphology and the pollen viability were explored.Through the analysis,it is found that the average of each anther dust of the Cerasus tianschanica Pojark was 407.5 and its pollen a-mount was significantly lower than that of Zaodaguo and Brooks.The pollen morphology of Cerasus tians-chanica Pojark was long-spheroidal or super-long-spheroidal,polar faces view of individual pollen was trifid round,polar face was smooth,with radial symmetry,all these germinal furrows were three furrow type, significantly tall and slender and reached the both sides.The experiment of the pollen germination found that in vitro of the most proper medium in designed gradient was:agar 1%,sucrose 20%,boric acid 0.01%, the germination percentage rose to 5 1.07%.
