目的:观察腹腔注射维生素D对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法采用糖皮质激素诱导的小鼠免疫抑制模型,在此基础上连续7 d腹腔注射2 IU/g或是4 IU/g维生素D,于实验的第8天小鼠断颈处死,分别测定:小鼠体重、胸腺指数和脾脏指数;外周血CD4+/CD8+比值;ConA诱导的脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖能力。结果与对照组相比,模型组小鼠体重、胸腺指数、脾脏指数、淋巴细胞CD4+/CD8+比值、脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖能力显著降低;腹腔注射维生素D后,这些指标有不同程度的恢复;其中高剂量组4 IU/g组小鼠脾脏指数、胸腺指数、脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖、CD4+/CD8+比值显著高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔注射维生素D能够显著增强糖皮质激素免疫抑制模型小鼠的免疫功能。

목적:관찰복강주사유생소D대소서면역공능적영향。방법채용당피질격소유도적소서면역억제모형,재차기출상련속7 d복강주사2 IU/g혹시4 IU/g유생소D,우실험적제8천소서단경처사,분별측정:소서체중、흉선지수화비장지수;외주혈CD4+/CD8+비치;ConA유도적비장T림파세포증식능력。결과여대조조상비,모형조소서체중、흉선지수、비장지수、림파세포CD4+/CD8+비치、비장T림파세포증식능력현저강저;복강주사유생소D후,저사지표유불동정도적회복;기중고제량조4 IU/g조소서비장지수、흉선지수、비장T림파세포증식、CD4+/CD8+비치현저고우모형조(P<0.05)。결론복강주사유생소D능구현저증강당피질격소면역억제모형소서적면역공능。
Objective To study the effects of vitamin D on the immune functions of immunosuppressant mice. Methods Immunosuppressant mouse model was developed by glucocorticoid injection. The immunosuppressant mice were injected intraperitoneally with vitamin D (2 IU/g or 4 IU/g) for 7 days. On the day 8, the mice were weighed and killed. The thymus and spleen indexes, ratios of CD4+/CD8+ in the peripheral blood lymphocytes and proliferations of spleen T lymphocytes were assessed. Results Compared with control mice, the body weights, thymus and spleen indexes, the ratios of CD4+/CD8+ of lymphocytes in the peripheral bloods and proliferations of spleen T lymphocytes were decreased in immunosuppressant mice. These parameters were restored to some extent in vitamin D treated mice. Compared with immunosuppressant mice, the spleen indexes, proliferations of spleen T lymphocytes and ratios of CD4+/CD8+were significantly increased (P<0.05) in mice treated with vitamin D at high dose (4 IU/g). Conclusion Peritoneal injection of vitamin D can enhance the immune functions in immunosuppressant mice.
