目的:利用计算机辅助设计与快速成形技术为儿童腰椎椎弓根螺钉置入提供一种个性化、精确定位的方法。方法对4具儿童尸体标本行CT扫描,将原始数据利用软件行三维重建,利用逆向工程原理及快速成型技术设计制造出个体化导航模板,利用个体化导航模板在标本上辅助置入腰椎椎弓根螺钉,之后根据CT 扫描评价椎弓根螺钉置钉位置。结果共设计制作10个导航模板,辅助置入20枚腰椎椎弓根螺钉,CT 扫描发现所有螺钉均准确置入相应椎弓根内。结论个体化导航模板辅助儿童腰椎椎弓根螺钉置入术具有良好的成功率,该方法操作简单、易于掌握,充分体现了置钉个体化原则,为儿童腰椎椎弓根螺钉的准确置入提供了一种新的可行方法。

목적:이용계산궤보조설계여쾌속성형기술위인동요추추궁근라정치입제공일충개성화、정학정위적방법。방법대4구인동시체표본행CT소묘,장원시수거이용연건행삼유중건,이용역향공정원리급쾌속성형기술설계제조출개체화도항모판,이용개체화도항모판재표본상보조치입요추추궁근라정,지후근거CT 소묘평개추궁근라정치정위치。결과공설계제작10개도항모판,보조치입20매요추추궁근라정,CT 소묘발현소유라정균준학치입상응추궁근내。결론개체화도항모판보조인동요추추궁근라정치입술구유량호적성공솔,해방법조작간단、역우장악,충분체현료치정개체화원칙,위인동요추추궁근라정적준학치입제공료일충신적가행방법。
Objective Using the computer aided design and rapid prototyping technology, to provide a personalized, precise positioning method for child lumbar pedicle screw placement positioning. Methods 4 dead children specimens were scanning by CT. The raw data was 3D reconstructed by using the software. The principle of reverse engineering and rapid prototyping technology was used to design and manufacture of individual navigation templates. Individual navigation template was utilized to assist placement of pedicle screws in the samples. Then, the evaluation of pedicle screw position was reached on the basis of the CT scan. Results 10 navigation template were designed and produced. 20 lumbar pedicle screws were secondary placement into the template. It was founded by CT scanning, all screw accurately placement within the pedicle accordingly. Conclusion The method of Children lumbar pedicle screws was limited by individual navigation template have good success rate.It has the advantages of simple operation and easy to master. It fully embodies the principle of Individualized nailing, and provides a new feasible method for accurate placement of children lumbar pedicle screw.
