目的:研究应用数字技术三维重建桡骨远端骨折模型在其术前评估及治疗中的应用价值。方法从我院2011年1月至2013年1月收治的桡骨远端患者中选取17个病例作为研究对象,将研究对象的CT扫描图像数据导入Mimics10.01软件,建立桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的可视三维模型,进行骨折评估、骨折模拟复位和手术方案设计。结果重建所得的桡骨远端骨折三维可视模型可准确反映出骨折情况、骨折移位的方向和严重程度,并可在Mimics软件下进行任意旋转观察、三维数据测量、模拟骨折复位及设计手术方案。所有研究对象在 Mimics 软件的辅助应用指导下,均获得比较满意的疗效。结论 Mimics 软件重建的桡骨远端粉碎性三维骨折模型可清楚显示骨折情况、骨折移位方向和严重程度,有利于明确诊断。在Mimics软件下进行三维数据测量,模拟骨折复位及设计手术方案等为临床诊疗提供了依据,由此指导临床诊疗工作,初步显示Mimics软件重建桡骨远端骨折模型在术前计划中的应用价值。

Objective To study digital three-dimensional reconstruction technique in the the preoperative planning and treatment of distal radius fracture. Methods The CT scanning imagery data from 17 patients with distal radius fracture admitted from January 2011 to January 2012 was imported into Mimics 10.01 software,and then three-dimensional visual anatomical models of the distal radius were established. The three-dimensional models were measured and simulated the operation progress with the computer. Results The three-dimensional visual anatomical models of distal radius fracture were established effectively. The visual model can be rotated to observation, and it reflects the condition of fractures and degrees of dislocation. The simulation of the operation progress, and the design of the surgery before the operation can be carried out with the help of computer. All the patients recovered satisfactorily with the assist of Mimics reconstruction. Conclusions Mimics three-dimensional visual reconstruction of distal radius fracture can be clearly show the fracture situations and identify the fracture characteristics. It provides evidence for the accurate diagnosis, and the basis for simulation of reposition and pre-operation design. Mimics reconstruction pre-operation can significantly improve the curative effects in distal.
