为全面贯彻学校质量立校的方针，完善有机化学精品课程建设，笔者对少数民族学生学习有机化学过程中遇到的主要困难进行了剖析，并提出了板书教学与多媒体结合、开展互动式教学和适度减少教学内容降低教学目标三个对策，初步达到了提高教学效果、增强学生应试能力的目的。

In order to implement the policy of high quality education, and improve the construction of Organic Chemistry course, the main difficulties of the ethnic students learning Organic Chemistry were analyzed, and three solutions were put forward:blackboard teaching combined with multimedia, launching interactive teaching, and reducing the teaching contents and objectives.As the result, the goals of improving teaching effectiveness and enhancing students'test ability were preliminary achieved.
