针对电厂辅机单列系统配置及引风机与增压风机串联运行方式,统筹考虑余热回收装置投运等因素,分析研究串联风机启/停顺序,给出增压风机投运/切除最佳工况(负荷)点,并设置增压风机RB控制回路,以达到安全、节能降耗目的。
針對電廠輔機單列繫統配置及引風機與增壓風機串聯運行方式,統籌攷慮餘熱迴收裝置投運等因素,分析研究串聯風機啟/停順序,給齣增壓風機投運/切除最佳工況(負荷)點,併設置增壓風機RB控製迴路,以達到安全、節能降耗目的。

Aiming to the single auxiliary equipment configuration system of BULIAN power plant, we consider the factor of waste heat recovery device operation and so on. We analysis the induced draft fan and booster fan’s start/stop order, as wel as give the booster fan operation/resection optimum condition (load). Then, we set the booster fan RB control loop to achieve the purpose of energy saving and safety.
