The background, process and operating conditions of the reclaimed water treatment system were briefly introduced.The treatment effects, the changes in water quality before and after treatment and the running costs and benefits of the reclaimed water treatment system were emphatically analyzed.The operation process problems and solutions adopted were proposed.The run proved that the use of “three-step water purification” integrated pretreatment with JP-EDR ( new and frequent extreme electro-dialysis) technology sets combined process removed not only circulating water system turbidity, suspended solids, but also hardness, colloids, salts, heavy metal ions in the water.The treated water can be meeting the requirements of the circulating cooling water system and it effectively improved and ensured the run stability of the circulating cooling water system.
