建立充气糖果中胭脂红酸的高效液相色谱方法。糖果经乙醇/氨水/水超声提取,水浴蒸至近干,氨水溶液定容。采用C18柱(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm),流动相为0.01%磷酸溶液和甲醇/乙腈,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长494 nm。胭脂红酸在2.5~40.0 mg/L线性良好,回收率为87%~102%, RSD为1.75%,检出限为0.3 mg/kg。该方法操作简便、准确,适于充气糖果中胭脂红酸的测定。

건립충기당과중연지홍산적고효액상색보방법。당과경을순/안수/수초성제취,수욕증지근간,안수용액정용。채용C18주(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm),류동상위0.01%린산용액화갑순/을정,제도세탈,류속1.0 mL/min,검측파장494 nm。연지홍산재2.5~40.0 mg/L선성량호,회수솔위87%~102%, RSD위1.75%,검출한위0.3 mg/kg。해방법조작간편、준학,괄우충기당과중연지홍산적측정。
A method for determination of carminic acid in aerated confections by high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ) was developed.The aerated confections were extracted by ultrasonic technique with ethanol/ammonia/water.The extract evaporated nearly to dryness on water bath then volumed it by ammonia.HPLC separation of carminic acid was conducted on a C18 column (4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5μm) with a mobile phase of 0.01%phosphoric acid and methanol/acetonitrile under a gradient elution condition at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the detection was carried out at a wavelength of 494 nm.The linearity was obtained in the range of 2.5~40.0 mg/L.The average recoveries of samples were in the range of 87~102%and RSD was 1.75%.The determination of limit was 0.3 mg/kg.This method was found to be fast, reliable and good linearity with low relative standard deviation, which can be used for determination of carminic acid in aerated confections.
