以气相色谱质谱、液相色谱质谱、紫外可见扫描等方法综合分析破译两种德国进口消毒剂成分，依据破译所得成分配比，配制出两种自研消毒剂，编号为①和②。定量杀菌实验结果表明，75％自研消毒剂①和②对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌仅作用30 s即可达到100％杀灭率，说明两种自研消毒剂①、②杀菌效果好，可作为相同性能的国内产品。

Many methods such as GC -MS, LC -MS and UV were used to analyze the components of the two disinfectors imported from Germany.Two home -made disinfectors named ①and② were confected according to the analysis result.The results of quantitative disinfectant tests shew that When the effective concentrations of both ①and②were 75%, average rate of sterilization is 100%acting on Colon bacillus and Staphy lococcus aureus at 0.5 minute.So the disinfect effects of two home-made disinfectors were good, and they can be the home-made products with the same capability.
