利用硫酸铝对硫酸锌电解液进行除氟实验研究。探讨了温度,反应时间,硫酸铝加入量和硫酸铝的投加方式等因素对除氟效果的影响。实验结果表明,当温度为30℃,反应时间20 min,硫酸铝加入量至少为3 g/L和硫酸铝的投加方式为先加硫酸铝再加氧化锌调pH时,氟的浓度可降至29.79 mg/L,达到锌冶炼企业对电解液中氟含量要小于50 mg/L以下的要求。

An experimental study of the treatment of fluoride in zinc sulfate solution by aluminum sulfate was carried out.The influences of temperature, reaction time, addition amount of aluminum sulfate and aluminum sulfate dosing method on the percentage removal of fluoride were introduced.The results showed that the concentration of fluorine can be dropped to 29.79 mg/L which met the zinc smelting enterprises, fluoride standard of 50 mg/L or less while the temperature of 30 ℃, reaction time being 20 min, aluminum sulfate being added in an amount of at least 3 g/L and aluminum sulfate dosing method as adding aluminum sulfate before zinc oxide.
