选用大孔阳离子树脂对低浓度含锌废水进行了静态和动态的吸附实验研究,结果表明,在[ Zn2+]=8.25 g/L, pH=5.2,25℃时,树脂对Zn2+有良好的吸附性能,吸附容量为152 mg/g湿树脂,吸附的锌离子可用工业含酸电解废液解吸,解吸率可达97%,解吸液中的[ Zn2+]=70.6 g/L。转型剂为80 g/L的氢氧化钠溶液。

The static and dynamic adsorption properties of macroporous exchange resin for Zn2+ from low concentration wastewater were studied.The results showed that resin could effectively adsorb Zn2 +ions at [ Zn2+] =8.25 g/L, pH=5.2 and 25 ℃, the adsorption capacity of the resin could reach 152 mg/g wet resin, the loaded resin could be qualitatively eluted with industrial acid containing electrolyte, the elution rate was 97%, and desorption solution [ Zn2+]=70.6 g/L.Transition agent sodium was hydroxide solution for 80 g/L.
