以聚合氯化铝和聚丙烯酰胺为原料,复配絮凝工业含铝的柠檬酸废水,考察了不同废水pH,复配絮凝剂投加量、有机无机絮凝剂投加比不同的情况下铝元素的去除率。研究结果表明,在pH在7左右、投加量为30 mL、聚铝:聚丙烯酰胺的比为1:4、静置时间为2 h、混合搅拌速率为50 r/min的条件下,复配絮凝剂对废水中铝的去除率可达94%以上。
以聚閤氯化鋁和聚丙烯酰胺為原料,複配絮凝工業含鋁的檸檬痠廢水,攷察瞭不同廢水pH,複配絮凝劑投加量、有機無機絮凝劑投加比不同的情況下鋁元素的去除率。研究結果錶明,在pH在7左右、投加量為30 mL、聚鋁:聚丙烯酰胺的比為1:4、靜置時間為2 h、混閤攪拌速率為50 r/min的條件下,複配絮凝劑對廢水中鋁的去除率可達94%以上。

With polyaluminium chloride and polyacrylamide as raw material, compound with flocculation industrial citric acid wastewater containing aluminum, the different waste water pH was examined, compound with flocculant dosing quantity, organic and inorganic flocculant dosing ratio of different cases, the removal rate of aluminum.The research results showed that the pH around 7, dosing amount to 30 mL, polyaluminium chloride to polyacrylamide ratio of 1:4 and let stand for 2 h, mixed stirring speed of 50 r/min, under the condition, compound for wastewater removal rate can reach more than 94%.
