The development of enterprises, market demand, processing technology and equipment, technology level, main research contents, standards and quality control of apple cider vinegar at home and abroad were introduced in this paper. At the same time, the problems were analyzed that existing in the development of apple vinegar industry, and the development trend was further pointed out of apple cider vinegar industry in China.
