2012年是国家自然科学基金重大研究计划“细胞编程和重编程的表观遗传机制”执行中期年，本文对该重大研究计划4年来总体进展，从研究成果、人才培养和学术影响力等方面进行了分析。依据指导专家组的顶层设计并结合前期研究进展和管理实践，本着集成升华和跨越发展的思路，本文还介绍了未来项目集成和管理方式的初步设想。

The year of 2012 is the mid-term implementation period for the major research plan of “epigenetic mech-anisms of cell programming and reprogramming” of the National Natural Science Foundation .This article ad-dressed the progress of this major research plan in re-search achievements , personnel training and academic influence and so on .Based on the guidance of the top-level design from the experts , combined with previous research progress and management practices , this article assumed the ideas of integration and management pat-tern for the future supporting of projects .
