目的：观察补佳乐联合宫术宁胶棒在绝经后取环术中的临床效果，并进行分析。方法选择来我院要求取环的绝经妇女165例，随机分为两组，观察组89例，术前口服补佳乐1周，术中联合宫术宁胶棒取环；对照组76例，单纯术前口服补佳乐1周，观察两组术中手术时间、宫颈软化扩张情况、镇痛效果、综合反应程度。结果观察组宫颈充分扩张率达92.37%，无痛率91.45%，取环成功率100%，与对照组相比，有显著性差异(P ＜0.05)。结论补佳乐联合宫术宁胶棒用于绝经后妇女取环，可缩短手术时间，减轻患者痛苦，安全有效，值得临床推广应用。

목적：관찰보가악연합궁술저효봉재절경후취배술중적림상효과，병진행분석。방법선택래아원요구취배적절경부녀165례，수궤분위량조，관찰조89례，술전구복보가악1주，술중연합궁술저효봉취배；대조조76례，단순술전구복보가악1주，관찰량조술중수술시간、궁경연화확장정황、진통효과、종합반응정도。결과관찰조궁경충분확장솔체92.37%，무통솔91.45%，취배성공솔100%，여대조조상비，유현저성차이(P ＜0.05)。결론보가악연합궁술저효봉용우절경후부녀취배，가축단수술시간，감경환자통고，안전유효，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective to observe effectiveness analysis of Postmenopausal taking the ring with Progynova Joint Gongshuning Glue sticks.Methods choosing 165 cases who come to my hospital required to take the ring in postmenopausal women.they were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group are 89 cases, preoperative oral progynova one week, surgery combined Gongshuning glue sticks taking the ring; the control group are 76 cases , simple preoperative oral progynova one week.Patients were observed in operative time, cervical softening dilatation, analgesic effect, comprehensive extent of reaction. Results the rate of percent of cervical dilation full is 92.37%, painless rate is 91.45 %, take the ring success rate is 100%.Compared with the control group, there were significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion Progynova joint Gongningshu glue sticks for postmenopausal women taking ring can shorten the operation time, reduce patient pain, safe and effective and worthy of clinical application.
