目的：探讨护理干预在膀胱癌患者术后灌注化疗中的应用效果。方法：将62例术后行膀胱灌注化疗的膀胱癌患者，按照病房单双号分为对照组和实验组各31例，对照组只进行常规健康宣教，实验组在此基础上实施一系列护理干预措施，比较两组患者术后并发症的发生情况及对生活质量的影响。结果：实验组患者干预后并发症发生率较少，生活质量提高，同对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：对膀胱癌患者，在术后进行膀胱灌注治疗的同时给予护理干预，可减少术后并发症的发生，提高患者的生活质量。
목적：탐토호리간예재방광암환자술후관주화료중적응용효과。방법：장62례술후행방광관주화료적방광암환자，안조병방단쌍호분위대조조화실험조각31례，대조조지진행상규건강선교，실험조재차기출상실시일계렬호리간예조시，비교량조환자술후병발증적발생정황급대생활질량적영향。결과：실험조환자간예후병발증발생솔교소，생활질량제고，동대조조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론：대방광암환자，재술후진행방광관주치료적동시급여호리간예，가감소술후병발증적발생，제고환자적생활질량。
Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention in postoperative intravesical chemotherapy for patients with blad -der cancer .Methods:62 bladder cancer patients undergoing postoperative intravesical chemotherapy were divided into the control group and the experimental group (31 cases in each group) according to the ward number .The patients in the control group only received convention-al health education and a series of nursing intervention was provided for the patients in the experimental group based on the measures in the control group .The incidence of postoperative complications and the influence on quality of life of the patients were compared between the two groups .Results:The incidence of postoperative complications was lower and the quality of life of the patients was better in the experi -mental group than the control group after the intervention (P<0.05).Conclusion:The postoperative intravesical chemotherapy combined with nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the quality of life of the patients .
