我国师范院校现行的教师教育课程存在着课程结构失衡、课程内容单一、实践课程薄弱等问题。为了培养优秀师资，为了稳固自身在教师教育体系中的主体地位，在教师教育课程建设过程中，师范院校急需通过优化课程结构、统整课程内容、强化教育实践以推动高水平教师教育体系的建立和发展。

Several issues concerning the contemporary teacher-education curriculum ,namely the imbalance of the curricular structure ,the monotony of the content as well as the imperfection of practical courses ,exist in teachers-training institutes .To foster qualified teachers and consolidate the dominate position in the system of teacher education ,teachers-training institutes are obliged to enhance the construction and development of high-level teacher-education system through optimize the curricular structure ,adjust the content of the course and strengthen the practical courses .
