针对工作在500~2700 MHz频带、可承受200 W连续波的双定向耦合器的设计与实现方案进行了介绍。定向耦合器主体采用带状线结构,而输入输出端口采用微带线结构,并集成为一个模块。采用电感补偿平衡奇偶模相速技术,由二元概念和容性补偿奇偶模相速的理论,分析出射频补偿电路的设计参数,用Ansoft HFSS软件进行仿真与优化,从而实现了宽频带、大功率以及高方向性的要求。

An engineering design and implementation of bi-directional coupler are introduced, which operates within 500~2 700 MHz and supports the power of 200 W continuous wave.The main part of directional coupler adopts strip line structure,and the input and output ports use micro-strip structure,which are integrated into one module.The compensation techniques of inductor is used to poise the odd mode and even mode,and the design parameters of RF compensation circuit are obtained according to binary concept and capacitive compensation theory,which are simulated and optimized using Ansoft HFSS.The simulation results show that the designed coupler has high bandwidth,high power and high directivity and the specifications can meet technical requirements.
