为提高充填开采效率和实现高瓦斯矿井的安全高效生产,提出在工作面上方稳定岩层内沿工作面走向方向布置一条充填专用巷进行采空区充填和瓦斯抽采的方案。介绍了充填专用巷的布置形式,并对利用专用巷实现高产高效的工艺进行了探讨。研究了专用巷内钻孔的布置位置及钻孔半径,推导了单一平面上钻孔总长度的计算公式。结合实例,分析了利用专用巷实现厚煤层高瓦斯矿井高产高效的钻孔布置参数及产能情况。研究表明,应用专用巷技术可以实现高瓦斯矿井采空区充填、瓦斯抽采、工作面开采的平行作业,能够实现厚煤层高瓦斯矿井的安全生产和高产高效。

In order to improve stowing mining efficiency and realize safe and high-efficiency mining in mines with high methane con-tent, the project of specified stowing roadway for stowing gob and draining methane along trend in rock above mining face was put for -ward.Layout manner of the stowing roadway was introduced and technique realizing high production and efficiency with the specified roadway was discussed.Boreholes location and diameter in the specified roadway was researched , and calculation formula of whole length of boreholes on single plane was deduced.Combining actual example , boreholes layout parameters and production with specified roadway was analyzed.Results showed that applying specified roadway could realize parallel work of gob stowing , methane drainage and coal mining in mines with mine with high methane content.
