目的：探讨组合型人工肾（血液透析联合灌流）治疗尿毒症脑病的临床疗效。方法：选取我院在2010年1月～2013年6月收治的尿毒症脑病患者32例，将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组给予HD＋HP治疗，对照组单独给予HD治疗。结果：治疗后2组患者的各项生化指标均明显优于治疗前，而观察组β2～MG指标的下降水平又明显优于对照组，且P＜0．05；疗效的比较，观察组总有效率（87．5％）明显大于对照组（56．3％），且P＜0．05。结论：血液透析灌流治疗尿毒症脑病可有效清除患者体内尿毒症毒素，疗效显著，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토조합형인공신（혈액투석연합관류）치료뇨독증뇌병적림상료효。방법：선취아원재2010년1월～2013년6월수치적뇨독증뇌병환자32례，장소유환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，관찰조급여HD＋HP치료，대조조단독급여HD치료。결과：치료후2조환자적각항생화지표균명현우우치료전，이관찰조β2～MG지표적하강수평우명현우우대조조，차P＜0．05；료효적비교，관찰조총유효솔（87．5％）명현대우대조조（56．3％），차P＜0．05。결론：혈액투석관류치료뇨독증뇌병가유효청제환자체내뇨독증독소，료효현저，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effectiveness of hemodialysis and hemoperfusion therapy in uremic encephalopathy . Methods:We selected 32 cases of patients with uremic encephalopathy treated in our hospital from January , 2010 to June, 2013.And they were randomly assigned into the control group and observation group .Patients of the observation group were given hemodialysis and hemoperfusion therapy , while the patients of the control group were given hemodialysis therapy .Results:After treatment the biochemical indexes of two groups of patients were significantly better than those before treatment .Theβ2-MG index decline of observation group was obviously better than the control group (P<0.05).As to the comparison of clinical effect , the total effective rate of observation group (87.5%) was obviously higher than that of control group (56.3%), and P<0.05.Conclusion:Hemodialysis and hemoperfusion therapy in uremic encephalopathy could effectively remove uremic toxin of patients .It might be of remarkable effect , and worthy of clinical promo-tion.
