目的：结合文献，对肾损伤的诊断和治疗进行讨论。方法：对1998年～2013年收治的208例肾损伤病历资料进行回顾分析。结果：208例患者伴合并伤79例，保守治疗155例，发生并发症21例，手术治疗例49，死亡4例。结论：尿液检查快速安全无损伤。彩色多普勒广泛用于肾损伤的筛选诊断，超声造影提高肾损伤诊断的新途径。多层螺旋CT检查准确率最高，并能同时了解其他脏器损伤的程度。重视医源性和疾病性肾损伤的诊断与治疗。肾损伤的血管介入治疗成为新的临床研究热点。

Objective:To discuss the diagnosis and management of renal injuries in detail with review of the literature .Methods:208 Cases of renal injuries encountered during1998-2013 were reviewed and analyzed.Results:208 cases out of 79 were completi-cated by other organ injuries.155 cases were managed without surgical intervention and 21 of them had complications.49 cases were treated by open operation and 4 patients died of the injury.Conclusion:Urine check no damage for safely and quickly.Color Doppler should widely used for screening of kidney damage diagnosis , CEUS new way to increase the diagnosis of kidney injury .MSCT exam-ination the highest accuracy, and could understand the extent of the damage other organs at the same time.Attache great importance to the iatrogenic and disease diagnosis and treatment of renal injury .Kidney injury of vascular interventional treatment become the new clinical research hot spot.
