目的:探讨胫腓骨远端骨折锁定钢板内固定的治疗效果。方法:治疗新鲜胫腓骨远端骨折28例。全部采用锁定钢板微创植入方式。结果:随访4~15个月,随平均10个月,伤口26例I期愈合,2例原开放性伤口出现坏死经过扩创、植皮等处理后期愈合,骨折27例愈合,时间为4~10个月,平均5个月,1例出现骨不连、钢板断裂,后期植骨、重新内固定后愈合。结论:锁定钢板结合微创植入手术软组织损伤小、固定牢靠、骨折愈合率高,是一种安全有效的内固定技术。
目的:探討脛腓骨遠耑骨摺鎖定鋼闆內固定的治療效果。方法:治療新鮮脛腓骨遠耑骨摺28例。全部採用鎖定鋼闆微創植入方式。結果:隨訪4~15箇月,隨平均10箇月,傷口26例I期愈閤,2例原開放性傷口齣現壞死經過擴創、植皮等處理後期愈閤,骨摺27例愈閤,時間為4~10箇月,平均5箇月,1例齣現骨不連、鋼闆斷裂,後期植骨、重新內固定後愈閤。結論:鎖定鋼闆結閤微創植入手術軟組織損傷小、固定牢靠、骨摺愈閤率高,是一種安全有效的內固定技術。
목적:탐토경비골원단골절쇄정강판내고정적치료효과。방법:치료신선경비골원단골절28례。전부채용쇄정강판미창식입방식。결과:수방4~15개월,수평균10개월,상구26례I기유합,2례원개방성상구출현배사경과확창、식피등처리후기유합,골절27례유합,시간위4~10개월,평균5개월,1례출현골불련、강판단렬,후기식골、중신내고정후유합。결론:쇄정강판결합미창식입수술연조직손상소、고정뢰고、골절유합솔고,시일충안전유효적내고정기술。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical results of treatment of distal tibiofibular fractures by minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis with locking plate .Methods:Twenty-eight patients of distal tibiofibular fracture who had received minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis with locking plate in our hospital between January 2009 to October 2012 were involved in our retrospec-tive investigation.Results:All patients were followed up prospectively for an average of 10 months ( range 4 months to 15 months) .A-mong the 28 patients who finished the follow -up, the incisions of 26 patients had healed in I stage , and the last 2 patients with open wounds recovered graduatedly after debridement and dermatoplasty .Twenty-seven fractures healed after an average of 5 months ( range 4 months to 10 months) post-operation.One patient with nonunion recovered after re -fixation and bone graft.Conclusion:Minimally in-vasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis with locking plate for distal tibiofibular fractures could led to a good functional outcome because it provides stable fixation with less soft tissue injury and high fracture healing rate .
