为新农村基础教育培养合格师资是地方师范院校的历史使命，地方师范院校服务新农村基础教育具有得天独厚的优势。而新农村基础教育改革对两者提出了诸多挑战，为两者互动合作提供了机遇。地方师范院校要起到引领、支持作用，新农村基础教育可以从地方师范院校争取到更多的助推力。在互动过程中完善合作机制，可以形成可持续发展的共生共赢关系。

It is a historical mission for the local teachers colleges to foster qualified teachers for the new rural basic educa-tion,the local teachers colleges have a unique advantage in serving the new rural basic education. The reform in the new rural basic education pose many challenges to them,and provide an opportunity for them to interactive cooperate too. The local teachers colleges will play a leading and supporting roles,and the new rural basic education will win more boost from the local teachers colleges.
