目的：分析两种不同手术术式在输尿管结石患者治疗中的临床应用疗效。方法：选择我院在2012年2月至2013年10月收治的95例输尿管结石患者，分为观察组（n=50）与对照组（n=45），对照组患者行开放手术，观察组患者行输尿管下弹道碎石术，观察和比较两组患者临床疗效及并发症发生率。结果：观察组患者碎石有效率与对照组患者相比，无统计学意义( P>0.05)；观察组患者住院时间、手术时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、下床活动时间较对照组短，术后出血量较对照组少(P<0.05)；研究组患者术后并发症发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论：与开放手术相比，输尿管镜下弹道碎石术具有无创伤性、手术时间短、术中出血量少，术后并发症少，恢复快等优点，在临床疾病治疗中值得推广和应用。
목적：분석량충불동수술술식재수뇨관결석환자치료중적림상응용료효。방법：선택아원재2012년2월지2013년10월수치적95례수뇨관결석환자，분위관찰조（n=50）여대조조（n=45），대조조환자행개방수술，관찰조환자행수뇨관하탄도쇄석술，관찰화비교량조환자림상료효급병발증발생솔。결과：관찰조환자쇄석유효솔여대조조환자상비，무통계학의의( P>0.05)；관찰조환자주원시간、수술시간、위장공능회복시간、하상활동시간교대조조단，술후출혈량교대조조소(P<0.05)；연구조환자술후병발증발생솔교대조조저(P<0.05)。결론：여개방수술상비，수뇨관경하탄도쇄석술구유무창상성、수술시간단、술중출혈량소，술후병발증소，회복쾌등우점，재림상질병치료중치득추엄화응용。
Objective: to analyze two different patterns in the treatment of ureteral calculi patients clinical curative effect. Methods: our hospital in February 2012 to October 2013, 95 patients with ureteral calculi were treated, divided into observation group (n=50) and control group (n=45), control group patients with open surgery, observation group of patients with ureteral bal istic lithotripsy, observe and compare two groups of patients with clinical efficacy and complications. Results: observation group of patients, gravel efficient compared with the control group patients had no statistical significance (P > 0.05); Observation group of patients in hospital time, operation time, gastrointestinal function recovery time, bed activity time was short, postoperative blood loss less than the control group (P<0.05); Team in patients with postoperative complications was lower than those of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:compared with open surgery, bal istic lithotripsy under ureter mirror has no traumatic, shorter operation time,less intraoperative blood loss,less postoperative complications,rapid recovery and other advantages,is worth popularization and application in the clinical treatment.
