以崭山米枣10年生果树为施肥对象,采用缺素和平衡2种施肥方式研究平衡施肥对崭山米枣产量及主要品质指标的影响。结果表明,施肥处理的崭山米枣其产量和品质比不施肥的均有所提高,在平衡施肥条件下,处理5( N2 P3 K1)的氮、磷、钾肥施用量适宜,崭山米枣产量最高,为39.40 kg/株。 N3 P3 K2处理崭山米枣的总糖和还原糖含量最高。粗纤维含量对氮肥的效应较明显, N2 P1 K2处理的粗纤维含量较低。3种养分元素比例是影响含量高低的重要因素。在平衡施肥处理中,崭山米枣淀粉含量最高值出现在N1 P1 K1处理,为11.62%。N1 P3 K3处理的粗脂肪含量最高,为5.75%。

Using 10-year-old fruit tree as researching object , the effects of balanced fertilization on the yield and quality characteristics of Zhanshan jujube were studied by means of deficiency fertilization and balanced fertilization . The results showed that the yield and quality of Zhanshan jujube with fertilization was better than no fertilizer , and the 5th N, P and K combination (N2P3K1) was the best, the yield of jujube was highest , 39.40 kg/plant.When N, P and K combination was N 3 P3 K2 , the total sugar and reducing sugar content was highest .The effect of nitro-gen fertilizer on crude fiber content was obviously , and the crude fiber content of N 2 P1 K2 treatment was lower .The key factor for affecting their content was the ratio of 3 kinds of nutrient elements .The starch content of N 1 P1 K1 treatment was highest, 11.62 %.The crude fat content of N1P3K3 treatment was highest, 5.75 %.
