为了解决赵庄煤业在煤层预抽过程中出现的流量衰减快、预抽效果不理想的问题,基于现场试验,探讨了不同抽采模块对预抽效果的影响。结果表明采用100 m×45 m布置两排钻孔的抽采模块是适用于赵庄煤业的最优方案,抽采34 d 后即可将煤层瓦斯含量降低到8 m3/t以下,而且煤巷掘进期间瓦斯不超限,具有较好的安全效益和经济效益。

In order to solve such problems as fast flow depletion and bad pre-drainage effect during the gas pre-drainage in Zhaozhuang Mining Industry Company,the influences of different gas drainage modules on the pre-drainage effect were discussed.The results showed that the opti-mum drainage module is two lines of boreholes arranged in the area of 100 m×45 m.After gas drainage for 34 days,the gas cotent in the seam decreased to below 8 m3/t,and the gas content did not exceed the limit during the coal roadway tunneling,achieving the relatively good safety and economic benefits.
