目的:分析鉴定中国人群的虾、蟹致敏组分,确定主要过敏原及其致敏率,为深入研究食物过敏原检测及脱敏治疗提供依据。方法:通过46份虾蟹过敏症患者血清,对刀额新对虾、罗氏沼虾和锈斑鲟的蛋白粗提液进行Western blot 分析,统计数据得出其全部过敏原组分及其致敏率,并确定主要过敏原。结果:Western blot 结果显示,虾与过敏患者血清IgE的反应强于蟹,且虾、蟹间存在很多Mr相同的过敏原;32~38 kD原肌球蛋白( TM)、40 kD精氨酸激酶( AK)、60~80 kD血蓝蛋白( Hc)和21 kD肌质钙结合蛋白( SCP)是虾的主要致敏组分,TM、AK和Hc是虾、蟹共同的主要过敏原,其中TM的致敏率最高;与国外研究结果相比,AK、Hc和SCP的致敏率相对较高,且发现虾中48 kD蛋白组分(未知过敏原)也具有较高致敏率。结论:对中国人群而言,虾的致敏性强于蟹,且虾、蟹的主要致敏组分基本相同;中国人的虾蟹主要致敏组分及其致敏率与国外研究大致相同但略有差异;发现一种潜在的新型过敏原。
目的:分析鑒定中國人群的蝦、蟹緻敏組分,確定主要過敏原及其緻敏率,為深入研究食物過敏原檢測及脫敏治療提供依據。方法:通過46份蝦蟹過敏癥患者血清,對刀額新對蝦、囉氏沼蝦和鏽斑鱘的蛋白粗提液進行Western blot 分析,統計數據得齣其全部過敏原組分及其緻敏率,併確定主要過敏原。結果:Western blot 結果顯示,蝦與過敏患者血清IgE的反應彊于蟹,且蝦、蟹間存在很多Mr相同的過敏原;32~38 kD原肌毬蛋白( TM)、40 kD精氨痠激酶( AK)、60~80 kD血藍蛋白( Hc)和21 kD肌質鈣結閤蛋白( SCP)是蝦的主要緻敏組分,TM、AK和Hc是蝦、蟹共同的主要過敏原,其中TM的緻敏率最高;與國外研究結果相比,AK、Hc和SCP的緻敏率相對較高,且髮現蝦中48 kD蛋白組分(未知過敏原)也具有較高緻敏率。結論:對中國人群而言,蝦的緻敏性彊于蟹,且蝦、蟹的主要緻敏組分基本相同;中國人的蝦蟹主要緻敏組分及其緻敏率與國外研究大緻相同但略有差異;髮現一種潛在的新型過敏原。
목적:분석감정중국인군적하、해치민조분,학정주요과민원급기치민솔,위심입연구식물과민원검측급탈민치료제공의거。방법:통과46빈하해과민증환자혈청,대도액신대하、라씨소하화수반심적단백조제액진행Western blot 분석,통계수거득출기전부과민원조분급기치민솔,병학정주요과민원。결과:Western blot 결과현시,하여과민환자혈청IgE적반응강우해,차하、해간존재흔다Mr상동적과민원;32~38 kD원기구단백( TM)、40 kD정안산격매( AK)、60~80 kD혈람단백( Hc)화21 kD기질개결합단백( SCP)시하적주요치민조분,TM、AK화Hc시하、해공동적주요과민원,기중TM적치민솔최고;여국외연구결과상비,AK、Hc화SCP적치민솔상대교고,차발현하중48 kD단백조분(미지과민원)야구유교고치민솔。결론:대중국인군이언,하적치민성강우해,차하、해적주요치민조분기본상동;중국인적하해주요치민조분급기치민솔여국외연구대치상동단략유차이;발현일충잠재적신형과민원。
Objective:To identify the allergens which can react with Chinese allergic patients in shrimp and crab ,and analysis their reaction-rates.This results would provide foundation for further research on allergen-detection and desensitization therapy.Methods:Allergen components in Metapenaeus ensis ,Macrobrachium rosenbergii and Charybdis feriata by using 46 portions of shrimp(crab) allergic patients’ serum IgE in Western blot.Results:The reactions between shrimps and allergic patients ’ serum IgE were stronger than that between crab and serum.32-38 kD Tropomysin (TM),40 kD Arginine kinase (AK),60-80 kD Hemocyanin (Hc) and 21 kD arcoplasmic calcium-binding protein(SCP) were the major allergens in shrimps.TM,AK and Hc were common major allergens among shrimps and crab and TM shared the highest reaction-rate.Compare to the results of some from American researchers , AK,Hc and SCP have higher reaction-rate when react with Chinese patients serum ,and we also found a new allergen in shrimp.Con-clusion:For Chinese patients , shrimps have higher reaction-rate than crabs and the allergens among shrimps and crabs which are roughly same.There are some differences in allergens among different human races.A new allergen with 48 kD was found in this re-search.
