解剖中发现一例标本左肾动脉由腹主动脉发出在距肾动脉起始部4.20mm处呈横“Y字”形分叉，再分为3支进肾门。发现有两支肾上级动脉和一支肾下级动脉由皮质表面入肾变异。右肾血管自前向后顺序异常，肾动脉自2腰椎体下缘由腹主动脉发出，在分为3支进肾门。还发现上级肾动脉在紧临肾动脉上方由腹主动脉发出变异。综上分析可知：该标本为1例双侧肾动脉分支变异。
해부중발현일례표본좌신동맥유복주동맥발출재거신동맥기시부4.20mm처정횡“Y자”형분차，재분위3지진신문。발현유량지신상급동맥화일지신하급동맥유피질표면입신변이。우신혈관자전향후순서이상，신동맥자2요추체하연유복주동맥발출，재분위3지진신문。환발현상급신동맥재긴림신동맥상방유복주동맥발출변이。종상분석가지：해표본위1례쌍측신동맥분지변이。

Also found that the higher renal artery by abdominal aorta above the near the renal artery variation. Based on the analysis, the specimen for 1 case of bilateral renal artery branch.
