在经济快速发展的21世纪，英语在社会发展进程中的重要性逐渐显现。它成为人与人交流不可或缺的一种交流方式。英语作为中国的第二种语言，早已经在小学阶段进行授课，在小学口语教学中应从营造学习氛围、激发学生兴趣等方面入手，这样才能够更好地服务于英语口语教学，从而促进学生发展。而对于处在小学阶段的学生来说，失去对英语的学习兴趣就意味着失去了学习英语的动力。所以在小学英语口语教学中应注意方式方法，对教学中出现的问题及时解决，根据学生实际情况制订相应的教学计划，在提升学生学习效率的基础之上为教学质量的提高创造条件。

The rapid development of the economy in twenty-first C entury, English is very important in the process of social development gradually. It has become an essential means of communication between people exchanges. English as a second language in China, it already in primary school teaching, in oral English teaching in primary school should create learning atmosphere, to stimulate the students’ interest and other aspects,to better serve the teaching of spoken English, to promote the development of the students. For in the primary school students, to lose interest in English it means losing the motivation for learning English. So in the primary school English teaching should pay attention to methods, to promptly resolve problems in teaching,according to the corresponding teaching plan to the actual situation of students, to enhance students’ efficiency basis, to create conditions for the improvement of teaching quality.
