目的：探讨优质护理服务在急性心肌梗死治疗中的重要性。方法选择我科2011年1月至2013年12月接收的136例急性心肌梗死者为研究对象，随机分成对照组和试验组，每组68例，对照组采用基础护理，试验组采用优质护理。将两组患者身心疾病发生率和患者出院满意度等指标进行比较。结果两组患者疾病预后无显著差异(P>0.05)，试验组身心疾病发病率相对较低、患者出院满意度高，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务不仅能提升基础护理质量，而且也更利于心肌梗死患者早日康复和回归社会，值得在临床护理工作中推广应用。

목적：탐토우질호리복무재급성심기경사치료중적중요성。방법선택아과2011년1월지2013년12월접수적136례급성심기경사자위연구대상，수궤분성대조조화시험조，매조68례，대조조채용기출호리，시험조채용우질호리。장량조환자신심질병발생솔화환자출원만의도등지표진행비교。결과량조환자질병예후무현저차이(P>0.05)，시험조신심질병발병솔상대교저、환자출원만의도고，구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론우질호리복무불부능제승기출호리질량，이차야경리우심기경사환자조일강복화회귀사회，치득재림상호리공작중추엄응용。
Objective To explore the importance of quality nursing care in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods From January to 2011 December in our department in 2011 received 136 cases of acute myocardial infarction as the research object, randomly divided into control group and experiment group, 68 cases in each group, the control group with basic care, experimental group uses the high quality nursing care. Two groups of patients'disease and patients satisfaction were compared between the. Results the two groups had no significant difference (P > 0. 05) dis-ease, mental disease incidence rate is relatively low, the test group patients satisfaction was high, with statistical significance (P < 0. 05). Conclu-sion the high quality nursing service can not only improve the quality of basic nursing, but also more beneficial to patients with myocardial infarction early rehabilitation and return to the society, it is worthy of popularization and application in clinical nursing work.
