锁骨下静脉穿刺置管术较颈静脉穿刺好固定，不易脱出，较股静脉穿刺感染发生率低，且其术式穿刺快、穿刺成功率高、创伤小、保留时间长、术后护理较方便、好固定，能达到快速补液、输血的目的，便于术后定期向患者进行中心静脉压的监测，给予静脉高营养。现广泛应用在胸外科各手术中。现对我科2010年12月~2013年8月期间实施的151例锁骨下静脉穿刺置管的病例进行分析(其中皆为术前置管)，提示本组锁骨下静脉穿刺成功率高，并发症发生率低；并总结了避免并发症发生的操作体会及注意。
鎖骨下靜脈穿刺置管術較頸靜脈穿刺好固定，不易脫齣，較股靜脈穿刺感染髮生率低，且其術式穿刺快、穿刺成功率高、創傷小、保留時間長、術後護理較方便、好固定，能達到快速補液、輸血的目的，便于術後定期嚮患者進行中心靜脈壓的鑑測，給予靜脈高營養。現廣汎應用在胸外科各手術中。現對我科2010年12月~2013年8月期間實施的151例鎖骨下靜脈穿刺置管的病例進行分析(其中皆為術前置管)，提示本組鎖骨下靜脈穿刺成功率高，併髮癥髮生率低；併總結瞭避免併髮癥髮生的操作體會及註意。

subclavian vein puncture tube insertion. we jugular vein puncture well fixed, not easy emergence, relatively low incidence of fem-oral venous puncture infection, and its operation quick puncture, puncture success rate high, small trauma, long retention time, postoperative nursing more convenient, good fixation, can achieve the goal of fast fluid infusion, blood transfusion, to facilitate postoperative to patients on a regular basis for central venous pressure monitoring, given intravenous high nutritional value. Now widely used in thoracic surgery in the operation. Now for our department in December 2010 to August 2013 during the implementation of 151 cases of subclavian vein puncture catheter analysis ( including all pre-operative catheter) , prompt this group of subclavian vein puncture success rate is high, the complication rate is low;And a summary about how to a-void the complications of operation and attention.
