目的：初步探讨超声弹性成像在乳腺良恶性病灶鉴别中的价值。方法随机应用常规彩超与超声弹性成像的5分评分法对乳腺87例患者共计99个乳腺病灶进行检查,弹性成像的1-3分提示良性,4-5分提示为恶性。结果常规彩超检查53个病灶,病灶良恶性的超声提示与病理诊断符合率75.5%,超声弹性成像检查病灶46个,超声与病理诊断符合率91.3%,两组对比有明显差异性,P<0.05。结论超声弹性成像对乳腺病灶良恶性的提示准确性较高,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the ultrasound elastography in differentiating benign and malignant breast lesions in the value. 5 points scoring methods using conventional ultrasound and ultrasound elasticity imaging examination of breast in 87 patients with 99 breast lesions, elasticity imaging 1-3 suggest benign, 4-5 showed malignant. The results of conventional ultrasonography of 53 lesions, 75. 5% lesions with ultrasonography and pathological diagnosis, ultrasound elasticity imaging was 46, rate of 91. 3% with ultrasonography and pathological diagnosis, two group contrast have significant differences, P<0. 05. Conclusion ultrasound elasticity imaging to prompt accurate malignant breast lesions from, and has certain clinical application value.
