目的：探讨宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术的护理经验。方法：对302例妇科患者实施宫腹腔镜联合手术，观察总结围术期护理效果。结果：302例病人经医护共同配合，无一例出现术中出血、子宫穿孔、术后感染等并发症。结论：健康教育、心理护理、无菌技术操作、精密器械养护、配合做好术前术后的护理是手术取得成功的关键。

목적：탐토궁강경여복강경연합수술적호리경험。방법：대302례부과환자실시궁복강경연합수술，관찰총결위술기호리효과。결과：302례병인경의호공동배합，무일례출현술중출혈、자궁천공、술후감염등병발증。결론：건강교육、심리호리、무균기술조작、정밀기계양호、배합주호술전술후적호리시수술취득성공적관건。
objective :to explore the nursing experience of combined hysteroscopy and laparoscopy. [methods]302 cases of laparoscopic gy-necological patients implement palace joint surgery, observation summarized perioperative nursing effect. [results]302 cases of patients with medical mutual cooperate, no case of intraoperative bleeding, uterine perforation, postoperative complications such as infection. [ conclusion] health educa-tion, psychological care, aseptic technical operation, precision instrument maintenance, cooperate with good preoperative postoperative nursing are the key to success.
