目的:探讨一期前路病灶清除同种异体骨植骨钛网植入钛板内固定治疗脊柱结核的临床效果及注意事项。方法回顾性分析2012年1月-2013年1月100例一期前路病灶清除同种异体骨植骨钛网植入钛板内固定治疗的胸腰段椎体结核患者的临床资料。结果所有病例伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,术后随访(17.12±5.26)月减压彻底,内固定位置满意,畸形全部矫正,植骨全部骨性融合,无内固定松动;胸背痛症状消失,2例有神经症状者术后半年均恢复。结论一期前路病灶清除同种异体骨植骨钛网植入钛板内固定治疗脊柱结核安全有效,切实可行,实施该手术需要注意:彻底清除病灶,植骨,牢固内固定,合理、规律、系统、长期抗结核化疗。

mycoplasma pneumoniae spread by droplets, after respiratory tract mucous membrane, by its special structure, closely adsorbed on the susceptibility of the host cell membrane receptor, performance in its proliferation and releasing toxic substances, such as hydrogen peroxide, enzymes, membrane lipid, result in tissue damage. The basic pathological change is interstitial pneumonia and acute capillary bronchitis, microscopi-cally visible local mucosal hyperemia, edema and thickening, the cell membrane is broken, epithelial cilia movement disappeared, mononuclear cells and plasma cell infiltrates, neutrophils are seen in the bronchioles and necrosis of epithelial cells. Quickly and actively controlling infection is an im-portant part of the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Budesonide suspension liquid is a kind of the spray atomization inhalation of glu-cocorticoid, have higher glucocorticoid receptor binding force, can inhibit airway inflammatory cells and media release, reduce respiratory gao min re-action, reduce mucosal edema and mucus secretion, repair of the respiratory tract, quickly relieve clinical symptoms.
