肺炎支原体经飞沫传播,侵入呼吸道黏膜后,通过其特殊的结构、紧密吸附于易感宿主的细胞膜的受体上,在其表现增殖并释放毒性物质,如过氧化氢、酶、膜脂类等,造成组织损伤。其基本病理改变是间质性肺炎及急性毛细支气管炎,显微镜下可见局部黏膜组织充血、水肿、变厚,细胞膜被损伤,上皮细胞纤毛运动消失,单核细胞及浆细胞浸润,细支气管中可见到中性粒细胞及坏死的上皮细胞。迅速、积极地控制感染是治疗肺炎支原体肺炎的重要环节。布地奈德混悬液是一种经喷射雾化吸入的糖皮质激素,有较高的糖皮质激素受体结合力,能抑制呼吸道炎性细胞及介质释放,减轻呼吸道高敏反应,减少黏膜水肿及黏液分泌,修复呼吸道,迅速缓解临床症状。
