目的：探讨在神经内镜辅助下采用鼻蝶垂体瘤切除治疗垂体瘤患者的临床疗效。方法：选取我院在2012年1月至2013年12月收治的垂体瘤患者56例，根据手术方式不同分为观察组(行神经内镜下经单鼻孔垂体瘤切除术)和对照组(行传统经单鼻孔入路垂体瘤切除术)，并比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组手术时间、并发症发生率均明显小于对照组，肿瘤切除范围明显优于对照组，且P<0.05。结论：神经内镜下经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除治疗垂体瘤具有操作简单、创伤小、安全性高等优势，值得临床推广。

목적：탐토재신경내경보조하채용비접수체류절제치료수체류환자적림상료효。방법：선취아원재2012년1월지2013년12월수치적수체류환자56례，근거수술방식불동분위관찰조(행신경내경하경단비공수체류절제술)화대조조(행전통경단비공입로수체류절제술)，병비교량조치료효과。결과：관찰조수술시간、병발증발생솔균명현소우대조조，종류절제범위명현우우대조조，차P<0.05。결론：신경내경하경비접수체류절제치료수체류구유조작간단、창상소、안전성고등우세，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To explore in the endoscope assisted by transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection of clinical curative effect of the treat-ment of patients with pituitary adenoma. Methods:56 patients with pituitary tumors in our hospital from 2012 January to 2013 December were cases, according to the operation were divided into the observation group ( underwent endoscopic endonasal transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection) and control group ( conventional endonasal transsphenoidal approach resection of pituitary tumor) , and to compare the therapeutic effects of two groups. Results:In the observation group, operation time, complication rate was significantly lower than the control group, the extent of tumor resection was significantly better than the control group, and the P<0. 05. Conclusion: The endoscopic endonasal transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection in the treatment of pituitary tumor has the advantages of simple operation, small trauma, high security advantages, is worth the clinical promotion.
