目的：观察化痰祛瘀通络法对慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期肺功能及炎性介质（IL-8、TNF-α）和CRP的影响。方法将80例患者随机分为2组，治疗组给予以化痰祛瘀通络法和西医常规治疗，对照组予以西医常规治疗。比较2种方法疗效，测定血清IL-8、TNF-α、CRP的含量及检测肺功能。结果治疗组与对照组比较，血清IL-8、TNF-α、CRP及肺功能（P＜0.05），均有统计学意义。结论化痰祛瘀通络法对慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期炎性介质（IL-8、TNF-α）有明显的干预作用。能够有效降低IL-8、TNF-α的水平，能够提高FEV1%、FEV1/FVC的水平，有效改善肺功能。
목적：관찰화담거어통락법대만성조새성폐병급성가중기폐공능급염성개질（IL-8、TNF-α）화CRP적영향。방법장80례환자수궤분위2조，치료조급여이화담거어통락법화서의상규치료，대조조여이서의상규치료。비교2충방법료효，측정혈청IL-8、TNF-α、CRP적함량급검측폐공능。결과치료조여대조조비교，혈청IL-8、TNF-α、CRP급폐공능（P＜0.05），균유통계학의의。결론화담거어통락법대만성조새성폐병급성가중기염성개질（IL-8、TNF-α）유명현적간예작용。능구유효강저IL-8、TNF-α적수평，능구제고FEV1%、FEV1/FVC적수평，유효개선폐공능。
Objective To observe the influence of Huatan Quyu Tongluo method for Acute exacerbation period of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD)of Lung function And inflammatory mediators (IL-8、TNF-α、CRP).
